Dear Sir,

 

I have ordered a Greenchef acura60 Chimney through Flipkart pay later on 19th Oct through order ID OD119995886613480000. The Material got delivered on 28th Oct 2020. Since I have booked a installation through Brand M/s Green Chef,  They took some time and visited on 3rd of NOV for installation. During the time of Installation, It was identified that Product ordered was with 1200CMH suction, whereas the product received was 480 CMH suction. The same day I have raised a return request and spoke to you call center agent mentioning about by due date of payment (5th of NOV) to Flipkart pay later , in between I have made multiple calls to call centre but no proper details, yesterday(5th NOV) I have raised for a call back and received a call from your agent from the number 0406714000 at 19:11 hrs and it was conveyed to me not make the payment as the product was put for return. Today (6th NOV) I have received an automated call threating that, I am not making any payment, the same will be reported to credit agency and the Cibil score will be reduced because of this. Post to that also I have made calls to call centre and none of them was able to give me a clear solution.

 

One person is saying, that I have to pay the amount to Flipkart pay later and then again the refund will be processed to Flipkart pay later, He is not clear on how I will get the payment back.

 

On the Second call, agent initially said that, it is not required to pay the amount, suddenly he came after hold and saying that it has to be paid and not clear on how I will get the payment back, if I pay the amount.

 

I am in a total confusion, i feel because of Flipkart is not checking the authenticity of merchant and product, consumers are facing deep trouble and full of agony. I am not sure what to do. Since I don’t know what to do, I am wiring this mail to you expecting a proper solution for my case. Hope you have understood the situation of mine. Quick resolution will be highly appreciated.
