Dear Sir/Madam
I am Subhasish Dey I ordered a phone From Flipkart On 16th of October.And Canceled it on the next Day for personal reasons.And They said they issued the refund and it will be credited within 20th of this month.So i waited but no refund came.I got worried and called flipkart they told me tl contact my Bank Sbi.So i did and there They said to me No refund has came and They can’t help me with this issue if Flipkart had sent the refund then My bank would never stop it from being credited to my account.And told me to contact Flipkart again now i became worried.And contact Flipkart again,this time they ask me for my updated bank statement.So i provided them with the same.They again gave a date and said my Problem will be solved within 24th October 2020 but to my shock on 24th they sent me sms and said due to some delay it will be credited on 25th.so again i waited another day.But no refund came..Sir/Madam i am fed up i want my money back.. Please help me.My bank says Money didn’t came Flipkart says they Sent the money but here i am with no money in my account.
