Text of Complaint by Suresh:

I have ordered two products both are damaged while receiving , immediately raised replacement request they given promise date to pick up order on or before 7th and 9tj January both are not happen they breached Flipkart policy , then next day immediately my orders are cancelled without my knowledge but I the information it’s mentioned as per your request , it’s fake information provided in the app need to file the case about that .also if I am having damage product why I need to cancel the order they cheating with customer .
