his inform you that I had registered a complaint of changing registered mobile no in my Flipkart account but it has not changed still. This issue i register from more then one years ago but your customer support teams were very poor in His/Her job they always said me during call my mobile no changing issue is under process but its not. I am very much disappointed in your service. I checked that Amazon, Adidas and other shopping companies provide better service from Flipkart. I saw thet your call service and mail service are also very poor. I never suggest anybody to shop on Flipkart. I cant use my Flipkart Gift card balance. I cant refund any amount on my registered bank account. Your communication team is also poor.
I know that my Gift Card balance I can’t revive or purchase auy thing from that amount. I understand that It’s your policy to cheat the customer and there money.
