I bought a product almost a month back and didn’t like the quality and size, placed return on the very next day. the return pick up was cancelled soon after from Flipkart. I raised a complaint again and was informed that it will be picked up by 12th August. I have called them multiple times again to confirm that it will be picked up and was informed that it will be picked up.
they now are informing me that the second request was also cancelled by the seller the next day of my request and they forgot to inform on my multiple calls all this time.
