Text of Complaint by Shibashis Karmakar:

I ordered a Bluetooth headphone from the seller BUZZINDIA from flipkart and it came to the nearest hub and was also out for delivery but the courier partner didn’t call nor give me any information about the delay. And after 2 days the seller cancelled the order which caused me a lot of trouble as i didn’t recieve the order neither any information was provided to me. On contacting flipkart customer service they said that the order was cancelled by the seller and also they attempted delivery 3 times which is completely false as i didn’t get any calls on the both the numbers provided.
