I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I am facing with the Paylater section in my account.
I have already had conversations with Customer Support Executives from both Flipkart and IDFC, and both have assured me that my account is active and that no other problems exist. However, despite their assurances, I am still unable to see anything in the Paylater section of my account.
Attached to this email, you will find a screenshot illustrating the problem I am experiencing.
I kindly request that you look into this matter at your earliest convenience and take the necessary steps to resolve it. It is imperative for me to have access to the Paylater section for my transactions and financial planning.
