I have used 10000 rupees from flipkart in which some amount was for emi and some was for full. When the bill got generated, there were some products returned and refund processed. Once it is done the monthly has not changed. However I tried to pay the complete amount. It only took the full amount left after refunds and the first emi(1/3) and returned the remaining amount and till now it is still showing as due and I’m getting calls from collection that i didn’t pay and my flipkart account is blocked. I’m still left over with 2 emi,i want to pay it at one go and i want that due to be removed and have the bills corrected which is affecting my bills and daily sanity because of collection calls. I even tried to pay the due amount which is showing, it is getting refunded again.
