I bought plastic furniture from Flipkart using pay later feature and even though I paid their dues before their due date they rubbed the case 3 months due to which my cibil score dropped to 630. I tried contacting them for three months for a valuable solution but they escalated the call and never came up with the solution, even I tried to contact them through mails and calls and giving them valuable proofs. They always contacted me asked for payment. After 3 months their payment gateway worked and they told me that they will manage the issue at their end and it won’t have any impact on my cibil score but they reduced my score to 630.
