My Flip Kart order ID is -OD125804220320000000. It was a bean bag . The product was delivered on 30-08-2022. But Flipkart software is still showing that product is undelivered even today that is 5-09-2022. The product is not up to the mark and very hard. Since my wife has severe backache problem, it is not suitable for us and we want refund of the same as per Flip Kart policy. But Flipkart software is not allowing us to initiate refund process as the delivery status is not updated in system and also we spoke for at least ten times to their call center people but they are not helping at all and not registering refund request at their end. They are saying that there is continuous technical error with them and hence they are not able to take refund request on account of error in their system. Now this is a clear deficiency in service on their part and I am not being refunded by Flip Kart which is my legitimate right.
