Respected Sir/Madam,

I bought one realme mobile from Flipkart on 22nd September 2021 and when I switched on the mobile I experienced a sound difference and hanging issue in the very first moment. So I requested for return and refund (Because I am experiencing the second time the fault product delivery from Flipkart). Normally Flipkart will check the defect or fault when a customer raise a return request. Once it is satisfied then only they will allow the refund or return.

Now I will come to my actual problem. Once I raise this return request Flipkart blocked my account (Mob No – 9995080656, Vinoj.VK@gmail.com) and now I am not able to login in my Flipkart account. when I raise a complaint to escalation team, I received the below reply.

We’d like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

I am having Rs. 6005/- in my Flipkart account as Gift Voucher. By blocking my account i will loose that money. It is my hard earning money. No one have the right to snatch my money.

Again I am pointing out one concern – If a customer received a defect product what will they do ? Whether they need to compromise the quality of product by payment his/her money ???

My only request is to unblock the account and so I can spent my gift vouchers and need to return the defect product.

I requested many times for the return of the above mentioned order.
Flipkart was cancelled my request because of my account block.

My Flipkart account is blocked because of this return request. Again I am telling you that my request is genuine .
Finally I visited a Realme authorized service center and they confirmed that the heating issue is there. Because of that the battery is draining out.
Also the hanging issue is also confirmed.

With all these reasons , Flipkart has baselessly blocked my account and rejected my return request.
Atleast I request you to appoint a technician to check my complaint. Without doing anything how Flipkart can reject my return request.?

Still I am requesting you to reopen my return request and process the refund.
If the brand confirms the issue , then on what base Flipkart rejected my request.

Till date no escalation team called me and discussed my complaint. They only telling that account is blocked and rejecting the request.
