Text of Complaint by Krishan Kumar Agarwal:

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I have one ordered one Gold Bar of value Rs. 50700/- through Flipkart mobile app which was expected delivery on 1st Nov 2022 but till date no update and customer care also not responding properly.

Kindly help with the refund of money at the earliest.
