Text of Complaint by Sandeep Soman Thondoli:

I ordered a dining table from Flipkart. Order ID – OD125674119000821000. I ordered on 7th Aug and the bed got delivered on 19th Aug. The table was not being assembled properly due to manufacturing defect. I asked for replacement and Flipkart assigned a technician to visit to confirm. The technician did not visit and the replacement has not happened. Flipkart customer service keep taking complaints with no proper resolution. I asked them to cancel the order which they are not agreeing. I am unable to buy a dining table myself, Flipkart is not accepting return and I am stuck with a defective product.
