I booked a redmi 8 mobile phone via Flipkart on 12/10/2019 . Invoice amount paid by credit card. So promised delivery date was 19/10/2019. But I didn’t get this item on expected date. So raised my issue with Flipkart customer care executive. They again promised to deliver this item by 24/10/2019. But unfortunately this time I also don’t receive.
So I contacted customer care on daily basis for delivery of this item. They are assuring me for delivery in next 24 to 48 hrs every time . But still I didn’t get this item .
Please help me.
