Dated 09/11/2023 approx 11:34 am flipkart delivery partner called me from (03335074331) for delivery of product, since i am out of station so i refused to receive the product and asked to reschedule for tomorrow, delivery boy insisted me to keep the product at neighbour or some else, I strongly denied & refused his proposal. No OTP is generated to my mobile number and nor i have shared to him & to anyone else on that day 09/11/2023, but in the evening i received an update status nearly 3:35 Pm dated 09/11/2023 afternoon from flipkart that order has been delivered.
On conversation with the Flipkart customer Team is not ready to register a complain & share any information of the delivery partner also, further when I request to write a complaint, the team is denying for same stating as per our system the product has been delivered with OTP so further there is no option to accept any complain for this issue for this time.
