I purchase the shirt from Flipkart. I did not like the product. I placed written request for the product within the return period according to return policy but my return request was rejected. Then again I placed a return request again it was rejected this cycle continued for three times within the written period according to return policy When the 10 days return policy expired then I was not able to place return request and I call customer care then customer care please return request from my side and promised me that my issue will be resolved. but again my request was rejected. Then I got busy in marriages in the family for a month when I Got Time Aayi again called customer care and told them to place a written request but they denied me saying that the return request has ended and one month has passed so no help can be given to me. Now I am feeling very very embarrassed. Please help me to return the product and penalise Flipkart for harassing the customer.
