Text of Complaint by Sandhya:

1. I placed an order on flipkart for Wakefit mattress on 20th July, 2022. Order ID OD125519192790445000

2. I wanted to cancel the product after more than one day but app did not let me do it

3. Called customer care of flipkart and they advised to refuse the delivery of my product

4. Received a message from Wakefit my order is out for delivery on 24 th July

5. The delivery person called And i refused for the delivery and he said okay.

6. Received this text from Wakefit on 25th July “ Wakefit Orthopaedic Memory Foam Mattress undelivered. In case you’ve already paid, the refund will be processed in the next 3-5 working days. Visit us at https://wakefit.co/contact“

7. Waited for more than a week but nothing happened

8. Started chasing this issue with flipkart and they kept on asking me to wait

9. Reached out to Wakefit & they confirmed that the order has been successfully returned to them however they could not initiate my refund since from flipkart the order has not been cancelled yet

10. Cut to today, my issue with flipkart is still pending. My refund of Rs 6043 is still pending. They do not seem to care anymore. No one is willing to resolve this. I feel so stuck that for the first time I am forced to take this action.
