I purchased Hisense A4G Series 108 cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android on 03rd February 2023 and paid Inr 14,418 through upi with upi id 303405703519.In which Inr 13,319 was paid for the TV and Inr 1,299 to one assist for the complete Appliance Protection.
I cancelled the order and got the refund of Inr 1299 on 3rd February but haven’t received the refund for the Hisense tv which was Inr 13,319.

After numerous complain and waiting for almost 12 days haven’t got any resolution nor my refund of Inr 13,319 is still processed.
