Flipkart not processing return request

Hello Sirs/Madam,

This is in regard to my order id OD427895607534060100.

I have ordered SAFARI Agile Plus 4W Check-in Suitcase – 77cm of yellow color. But I have received a different product on 24th April. color , size and product style was also different. I contacted the customer care and placed a replacement request. I specifically mentioned that I want the product for my upcoming trip from 1st to 5th May. And I was promised that the replacement will be delivered by 28th April. And thecsame was reflected in the order details of flipkart app.

I didn’t receive the replacement on 28th April and then I contacted the customer care executive and I came to know that my replacement delivery will be delayed and scheduled date is 2nd May. Then I stated, as I will be travelling on 1st and the product won’t be required anymore. Then I asked the customer care executive to raised a refund request. Then the executive informed me that he will cancel the replacement request and asked me to check my order status and informed me once the replacement request got cancel, you will see return request option. But I didn’t see any return option after the replacement is canceled. I have been trying since 2nd May. But no options could be seen.

So I contacted the customer care on 6th May, and they have informed me that the request has been referred to the concerned team. After that I received an email from flipkart team on 7th May asking for pick up detail confirmation and images of the product I received , I provided all the required information. After that email, I haven’t receive any email or any communication from flipkart. And whenever I contact the flipkart team they provide me 48 hours time frame. The product is not yet been picked up and no update received till now.

Please do the needful as the delivered product is wrong and I paid for the higher amount.
I could see in flipkart app that the issue is marked as resolved. But the issue is not resolved yet.
