Text of Complaint by Sachin Bharti:

I ordered a Realme i5 11th gen 512GB laptop but I got a i3 with 256GB speciffications from flipkart.
And now when I am trying to get it to them then they are saying it’s an OPEN BOX delivery and I would have checked it. Ok, I understand that it’s my fault that I didn’t check it back then. But, seller can track from their details that they have sent a wrong one and they are not listening to any of it. And the cost difference of the models is more then 10k.
Please, do the necessary.
