I had ordered a laptop from Flipkart (Transaction ID: OD336318607394652100) and paid a total amount of ₹69,490 using two payment methods: ₹20,990 via ICICI Savings Account UPI and ₹48,500 via ICICI Consumer Finance Loan. After cancelling the order, Flipkart confirmed that the refund was initiated to the original payment methods. While the amount of ₹20,990 was refunded to my savings account, the refund of ₹48,500 linked to my ICICI Consumer Finance Loan has still not been credited or reflected in my loan account.
I have repeatedly checked with the ICICI Bank branch as well as through internet banking, and both have clearly confirmed that no such amount has been credited. Despite raising multiple complaints with Flipkart Customer Care, they have irresponsibly closed my complaints without resolving the issue. This matter has been pending for an unacceptable amount of time and is causing me financial stress and mental harassment.
I strongly demand immediate investigation and resolution of this issue, and prompt credit of the refund amount of ₹48,500 to my ICICI Consumer Finance Loan account without any further delay.
