Text of Complaint by KV Surya Pavan Kumar:

Hello Team,

I booked cell phone in flipkart on 19th June- I completely paid the amount 20,600/- the promised delivery date is on 31st May. The Order ID – OD224981999798076000.

The delivery boy visited our place and he asked old mobile phone box ( We purchased with exchange to our old mobile) – Initially we did not find the old box ( 5 MIN) by the time he run some report and asked extra 800/- for missing old phone box. after 5 min, we found the box and gave to him but he said it is not possible to run the report again and he would come next day, he did not deliver the new phone but he removed our old phone screen guard.

I raised complaint for seeking delivery to flipkart on same day
They said they would resolve it by June 6th 2022- but not solved – not delivered my phone
Again they sent one more mail with new date – June 10th- but they have not resolved yet.
Today I received one more mail with new date – June 14th.
When I call customer care, they always asking me to wait.
