I placed an order on flipkart on 17th Dec 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on 18th of December. I didn’t got delivered rather I got a call on 28th December after multiple follow-ups that my product got lost in the transit and we will cancel the order and will refund the money. Today it’s already 19th January I have raise complaint multiple times but not getting any positive response from team. I am uploading my product with order ID.
Please help me.
