Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

I am a valuable Flipkart Plus customer since years. I shopped many products on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart return policy. Infact I ordered products in large quantities for me and my family and friends in the September, October and November months of 2022. As I above mentioned that I ordered products in large quantities so several products that I received, had manufacture defects and some were wrong products that I didn’t order means I received different products. So myself made return requests on my Flipkart application but product didn’t pick up by courier service on time and products gets rejected by seller. Then I called to customer care and return requests
generated by them but again same thing happened products didn’t pick up by
courier service. Again 2nd time I contacted to customer care and again they generated return requests but again 3rd time products didn’t pick up by courier service then I contacted to courier service and asked about why
products not picking up by them.
Now I want to tell you that 3 times (once myself and two times customer care) return requests generated for same products and because of that Flipkart system have detected higher number of returns generated in my Flipkart account, reason I already mentioned above So now i request that please unblock my Flipkart account, so that I can resume shopping on Flipkart. I also want to tell that i have wallet balance more than thousand rupees and more than two thousand super coins balance in my Flipkart account. So again
request you that please unblock my Flipkart account.
