My flipkart account was shut off in lockdown fo reasons.still the flipakrt app was working in my phone.recently i ordered the charger from flipkart using phonepe they said [We’d like to let you know that your recent order (last four digits of {8000}) has been cancelled as our systems have detected irregularities in the payment method used for this order. We always ensure that the transactions made using online payment methods are authorised and secure; this is for account security.].after this i tried contating customer care they only reply we dnt have exact explanation for this.I haave to get my phone repaired and its bill is in this flipkart account m nt able to login.please look after this.i have already put complaint in consumer forums its been a week n no reply or action has been taken.
