Text of Complaint by Ganesh Karhale:

I have bought Moto G52 from Flipkart on 5 October 2022 and received it on 14 October 2022. The phone I received was properly packed and was in new condition. But it has manufacturing defect. The display of this phone is greenish so the colours are not looking vibrant. When I told Flipkart about it they are telling me to go to service centre to get my phone replaced. But there are no service centre near me. I want to get my phone replaced by Flipkart and Flipkart seller ‘Treasure Haul Online’. I cannot go to Motorola service centre for replacement because they are out of my reach. Flipkart sold me this phone so they are responsible for replacement.
