Text of Complaint by Arpit Dhanotiya:

I ordered Redmi 6 mobile from flipkart. There are 2 issue(Battery, Sound). I requested for replacement 2 times but both the times technician visited my mobile & I was not satisfied with his battery checking criteria.

His battery checking criteria was: He created 15 min. video from my mobile & in this 15 min. video, my mobile should discharge 15 %. But my mobile was discharged 12%. So he rejected my replacement request.

For mobile sound : He told that it is company internal defect.

Everyday I am trying to replacement request & I am not getting proper solution from Flipkart.

Now they are just waiting to over the return product. my return period will over on 25th October.

Kindly help ASAP.
