I ordered a Peter England Orange Shirt from Flipkart and got delivered on 11th May’21 and the size was not correct for me and I wish to return the product. I called up the Flipkart customer service and requested to arrange a pickup for my shirt. They created a return pickup and shared the expected pickup date. To my surprise, I received a message stating that due to product mismatch the order was cancelled. But no body come to my place for pickup then how cum the product was mismatched?? This is totally wrong and it’s misleading. Immediately, I called the support team and I came to know that it was not cancelled due to product mismatch but it was for technical glitch. They have created a new pickup order for a second , third and fourth time. Still it’s not picked up yet. They are still cancelling the order without any proper reason.
I am frustrated by calling them and asking again and again. Pls help.
