On 8th may, i tried to open my flipkart app but when i tried to see my order section, i saw that my account was logged out automatically and i was not able to login.
So i have tried logging in using”forgot password” option, but still i was not able to login. So i have called flipkart and explained the issue and they told me to resolve it on 11th may before 1 pm. But today i got their message and also i called them and they told me that i have placed multiple orders and i have purchased the products for reselling purpose but i have never did such kind of activity. I am a normal flipkart customer who just order for himself, family and friends only. And flipkart has refused me to let me log in to my account. They told me that i will never be able to get my account back. So what should i do now. They did wrong, and i can’t let them do this. As i have never did such kind of activity. So please help me regarding this to get my account back. Because they told me that they will not give my account back. And i can’t let this happen to me as i have not done anything that violates flipkart’s policies.
and on 12th of may they sent me an email that i can now login to.my account. and then i tried to login my account and i have logged in to my flipkart account. but on 14th of may they again suspended my account. i have contacted customer support team but they told me to reply the email i got for suspension of my account. and i did that too and got the same response that from now i can’t login to my flipkart account.
