Text of Complaint by SHANTI MISHRA:

During the time of Diwali Festival Sale on Flipkart, i ordered many Clothing products with flipkart as it were cheaper and on sale. Out of total 70+ products ordered, I liked only 20+ products and remaining clothes were placed for return. Out of these products, many products were different from as shown in the website especially in color and style. However, initially the Flipkart took the products back but after few days they blocked my account on the ground that the return in my account is higher and refused to return the product. I requested them several times, but they did not pay heed to my request. Rs. 471/- in my wallet is also taken by flipkart. I have requested them more than 10-20 times to unblock my account but they have refused to do. They have rejected many products which were not as per the descriptions shown in their website/app. My login ID to my flipkart account is NEHAPRASHANTMISHRA@GMAIL.COM. Since, they have blocked my account, all correspondences with flipkart is not available with me. But my mail screenshot is being attached requesting them to unblock the account.
