My Flipkart account has been blocked by its team saying due to high returns.but I have money refunds in my account wallet.i am not able to use the amount which is in the flipkart wallet sue to the blockage of my account.i have contacted infinity times to the flipkart customer care team.but not even one is resolving my issue and simply saying they are looking forward on my complaint and I will receive a call from flipkart.but no call or e-mail I received.and moreover if i raise a complaint to Flipkart customer care regarding my issues and asking them to resolve it.,it’s showing that Flipkart mail is no longer in use.i have mailed number of times and have called to customer care also since few months.but no respond from Flipkart since the customer care support is saying that they can’t see my account or its details in the system.hence they say that they will be forwarding the complaint and the back end team will be contacting me.but till now not even once the back end team has contacted me.i kindly request the flipkart team to resolve my issue and get me my refunds back from the wallet.,because the money refunds in the flipkart wallet are going to expire very soon.so i request the team to consider it as a serious issue and please give me a resolution to my problem very soon. The main thing I want to ask and say is if the flipkart can’t unblock my account., Ok.but please I want my money refunds of rs.4534 back to my bank account which has been stucked in my flipkart wallet account.
