have ordered groceries with order ID OD226140966297211000 on Flipkart
delivered on 3 october with missing items as i was out asked my son to collect the order no paper was given to check the order in that 2 boxes 10 items were there each box 5 items
in that order there were 21 items but only 10 items were delivered
other 11 items worth more than 1800 rupees were not delivered on asking the delivery boy
he told that what he has for the order my son gave him 2700 rupees as the order was for 2694 rupees
he said when i called some order number mistake he will deliver the remaining goods not delivered yet.
as the delivery boy told the order missing items he will bring waited for that but of no use
so raised a compaint on flipkart customer care after repeating so many times what has happened they assured to resolve the matter.
but they told that the order was delivered as i am having cctv video of the delivery boy counting only 10 items and taking 2700 rupees for delivering 10 items
as they are telling the seller have assured the goods delivered i have told them many time ask the delivery person he only gave 10 items he can be seen counting from two plastic box he bought at my gate
got cheated i want a solution
have asked ekart logistics address they are not providing
please look into it as they are not giving any solution for that they should be answerable for what wrong they have done
i have the delivery boy number he gave me by asking my number.
he called me by his personal number because he does not want the conversation to be
recorded.
got the messasge for feedback ekart logistics in that i have mentioned items not received but of no use.
