Hello, I have purchased a phone F14 on 14th of July however the mobile had restarting problem.So I called the customer care and I was advised to get the replacement from Samsung service center. THE SAMSUNG service center rejected the replacement since bought through flipkart and asked to get the replacement from flipkart only.I took the Job sheet as advised by CSR from flipkart and submitted everything with the concern.Since then everyday I have to call customer care and reopen the case since they are closing the case without any resolution. Till today I have raised more than 10 complaints yet no resolution has been provided. Just whenever I call them they will update that the issue was closed by mistake it will forwarded to concern team .No resolution provided .
