Help me
I am tired of this.
This is for Flipkart, part of wallmart group.
After repetitive requests my product return request is being rejected by Flipkart.I ordered a Casio India gshock watch was supposed to be a gift for my husband and turned out be a big orderal for us.
The product I received was worn and the box of the product was completely destroyed and stuck with cellotape.

Since I was away, my husband gave the delivery person the otp and he just clicked the pictures of product and walked away.

I tried calling the delivery person within MINUTES to take back the order. He asked me to reach out to Flipkart for return/replacement, since the product was not damaged but used. (Call record should be there)
Placed return request within minutes of delivery. Shared multiple photos on calls with customer service. Escalated on X

Later after multiple attempts of getting the product replacement/return. They rejected the claims twice.Even after providing multiple proofs of the used product I received.

Also its very confusing, a product which has a substantial value(especially electronics) has replacement,which was not present with this seller.
Isnt it a big red flag? 🚩

Giving me a used product and asking me to keep it. This is a day light robbery.

After posting on LinkedIn, I got a return request placed with the help of their escalation team.
However today-24th March,2024 the delivery agent came and refused to pic stating the serial no. doesnt match.
Tried calling customer service, they dint help either.
Kindly take strong action against flipkart for their fraudulent activities
