Text of Complaint by MAK:

I booked product on 15th April and product was supposed to reach by 17th April 2023. I haven’t received the product till date, neither I’m getting update from flipkart team. When each time I call, they simply say that issue has been escalated to next level and asking me to wait for 24-48 hrs..
I requested them to atleast cancel the product, they are not doing that as well…
