Order Placed on 16th April for 207L Referidgerator, However it was cancelled on 20th April 2023, on 24th April got Update that EMI Cancelled and Amount Refunded. On 4th May 2023 Rs.3073.xx amount deducted from my A/c. Now I am following them since 4th May 2023 but they are not giving confirmation to BANK for EMI cancellation and also not sharing such confirmation with me. Only repeating same words that we have cancelled and refunded please check with your Bank. I visited Bank Branch but they denied for such complaints and said we are not providing such services at our branch you can only complant on call. Because of Bank no Solution at branch so such seller Portal are making Fraud. Now I am in depresed that I have to Pay Rs.16940/- for such frauds.
