I had ordered a BP monitor from flipkart. The product was not working from day 1. I contacted Flipkart customer care, they rejected replacement/ return request saying they have no return policy. I tried contacting grievance addressal team, but the phone number provided in the grievance policy is of customer care, who upon calling said they can’t connect to any grievance team.
