I have order adidas courtbeat tennis shoes of 11 size but when I get my product it’s larger so I wanted to exchange my product to the same shoes of 10 size but due to some technical issues from Flipkart the delivery is going delay so Flipkart senior call me that seller will not provide you the shoes and take refund in account so I agree on that by sometime I got mail for account details and I gave and they promise me to give refund with 7 working days but now it’s 11 days I didn’t get my refund
