We received this product on 25 October because we received wrong product which had different design different color different brand used or received damage for which we made a return on 25 October which was also approved by the seller but 3rd party. Due to logistics (Delhivery) the product has not been picked up. We are in the nearest (Delhivery) company hub which demanded a bribe of 1000 rupees from us for the pickup or we were clearly told that the pickup will be done for 1000 rupees otherwise the product is not being picked up. Neither did he stop or keep getting the returns canceled again and again or the supervisor did the same, he canceled 10 of our returns or did not pickup the product. We contacted Flipkart and talked to the supervisor of the company (Delhivery) and also filed 48 complaints against them but Flipkart neither changed our 3rd party logistics partner (Delhivery) nor took any action. Today almost 2 months are about to be completed but till now our concern is that Flipkart is still not changing the logistics (Delhivery) or is repeatedly assigning the same logistics (Delhivery) for pickup. Due to which the supervisor is not able to pickup the product or we are not getting the refund.
We want Flipkart to provide us refund with compensation before pickup or to get the product picked up by someone else (Delhivery) company.
