Text of Complaint by Girish Babu M:

I have purchased Jhula King Hammock Swing worth Rs.8518 for my wife’s birthday on June 10th, 2023. The product got delivered but it was damaged, so I requested for replacement. The product was shipped again but this time the parts of it were wrong. So I asked for a replacement again. Wrong product was taken back by the seller but it wasn’t replaced with the correct one.
The replacement was supposed to be delivered on July 13th, 2023. I waited a week and started contacting Flipkart customer care. Every time I call the team they say there will be a call back within 24-48 hours. But I never hear back from them. The customer care executives have never successfully connected the call with their higher official team. I even asked them to cancel the order completely and initiate refund process. They aren’t ready to do a refund request, and kept telling it has to be done by higher officials. It is August 4th, 2023 today, yet the product is not delivered nor the money has been refunded.
