I purchased my phone during big billion day sale under an exchange offer. But Flipkart’s delivery executive denied the pickup of my old phone for reason not listed in their criteria of rejection. I had to pay him differential amount in cash and take the delivery of my product. Later I raised this with Flipkart’s customer care (OD116705992985249000 [Incident: IN1910120006268457731]) but to my surprise Flipkart’s customer support team did not provide any resolution even after multiple followups and just replied they can’t do anything now. I even asked for reason for rejection of my exchange product, they even failed to provide that. This is extremely unprofessional and unexpected behaviour from a brand like Flipkart. Once they sell product, they are not even addressing post-purchase concerns of regular customers.
If Flipkart is choosing to not resolve my issue, when I purchased this new phone following all the exchange norms set by Flipkart, I am here to seek help in this matter, as I got fooled by Flipkart’s big billion day offer and ended up paying extra money for my product.
