My Secure Smitch wifi camera was purchased from Flipkart sold by vendor Tech-Connect Retail Private Limited, Warehouse Building Nos. WE-II, Renaissance Integrated Industrial Area, Village Vashere, Bhiwandi , Thane , Mumbai , Maharashtra -421302, Bhiwandi, MAHARASHTRA, India – 421302, IN-MH
My camera is not working and I am trying to connect support team from past one month.
Their is only chat support.
Kindly help me to get the support.

I am also facing the similar issue and not getting any response from smitch secure chat support. There is no escalation system or grievance number available, This is frustrating
I am also furstatated, no support at all. I looks like they have shut down server without any information.
Same issue for me as well, it has been 3 weeks their app stopped working and no chat support.
these people have left the company operation, flipkart should take proper actions on these people for making customers to suffer.

Same here. I have 1 smart bulb 1 smart plug and a wifi camera from smitch brand. Seems to be they have brought their server down without any resolutions or notice.. dont know why? If the IOT companies wind up like this, what will be the case of purchased products? Without servers the devices are rendered useless. There should be some kind of rules and regulations for these startup companies otherwise even big companies like ola can run away without any support for sold scooters.
We are stuck with no response from the company or the support with just bogus dead unusable devices. Refund us our money

Even my Smitch camera device is useless for past fee months, unable to use the App due to technical issues in it and no web portal support. Need an alternate to make these devices work. Do not find any QR code or Serial Number on the device to attempt any alternate usage.
Same issue here app not working… I think they had not paid server fees… May be they had closed this company.
Same Problem i am also facing, The company ran away after saleing all their products. The camera I have require app to be functional but company has closed the server.
