Flipkart had given me buy back guarantee last year on purchase of one TV for some additional amount I paid. It says if u exchange this tv for your future purchase, they will give discount of some guaranteed amount. Now, from 1st november, I am trying to buy new tv with this exchange clause in place, they are not delivering it to me. And after waiting for few days, I receive call from them to cancel the product and place new order. I have done this 3 times. I have placed 4th order now, even this product is not delivered to me
