Text of Complaint by Biplab Kumar Jena:

I placed an order on Flipkart for a speaker and a replacement product scheduled for the same day. However, the replacement order faced a 20-day delay. When I declined the delayed replacement product and accepted the speaker, the delivery person refused to hand it over. Moreover, the delivery person used abusive language and threatened to withhold the delivery. This behavior is unacceptable and violates customer service standards. I intend to file a formal complaint with Flipkart regarding this incident.
