I have ordered Bosch 6.5 KG top load washing machine from Flipkart on 16th Jan 19, it get delivered to my home on 18th of Jan 19. as per policy Flipkart arranged the installation & Demo with manufacturer technical team so they did on 22nd Jan 19. during Demo it has been found that washing machine was faulty & having manufacturing problem so Bosch technical person told us that this machine need replacement with new one. after that they didn’t respond, so i raised complaint to Flipkart via portal on 27th Jan 19, they called back me on 28th Jan 19 & committed to take return this faulty device on 30th Jan 19. instead of that nobody called me or visited my home till 30th Jan 19 evening. so i against called Flipkart on toll free number on 30th Jan evening, after that they again committed that they will resolve the issue till 4th Feb 19.
this means they are just giving false commitments & fooling their customers. also refund of money not yet happened.
