I ordered a mobile Motorola mobile phone on October 2, 2023. I received the mobile on October 3, 2023. To my shock i found that the mobile is carrier locked. I can only use jio sim, which was never mentioned in the product details page or specification. When i contacted the customer care, I was told that this is not an issue eligible for replacement or refund. And advised me to contact Motorola service centre. After continuous follow ups, i was able to raise the complaint. But no resolution as of now yet.
