Text of Complaint by Nilam bhavsar:

We ordered motorola g60 from flipkart on 13th june. We received mobile having defective display on 15th june.
We raised complain in flipkart app during given time period 7 days.

More than 45 days overed.
We have called them about issue.
N they raised replacements from their side also. 4 times in 45 days.

But real scenerio is they gave 7 days time period for cancellation. But they cancel pickup request just next day of date of complain raised.

We received these details from dehlivery by logging through mobile no.

N still we complain flipkart that why you have cancelled pickup. N then they give surity to wait till given date for replacement.
N all four times they update on their app one day before given time period that your pick up has been cancelled.

N again we have called or mailed about it then they request to do same procedure.
They again gave us 7 days time period. N again n again same situation happened.

Yesterday 3rd august we complained about cancellation of pickup. They gave surity that if you can’t get solution this time then you will get refund definitely n we will pick up product.

Today (4th august) we called them for refund then they deny to give refund n they request to do same procedure ( replacement)

We know that they will again will us date of replacement (7days later).

N when will check the details on courier partner app about pickup then they will show a very next day that your request has been cancelled. N if we will complain about it to flipkart then they will deny about it n will tell us to wait till given time period. N then before one day of given time period they will show your replacement has been cancelled.

N then if we again call for what next to do then they will tell to raise replacement request again.

We eagerly want refund.
Not only refund but also refund of time energy money wasted during these 45 days to fight against fraudkart .

We have all call recordings .
In 45 days we have called more than 50 times.
Talked with customer care of fraudkart more than 800 minutes .

We have also proof about their fraudgiri. False surity n false solution.

We will fight till end of flipkart.
