I have made order #OD225861877746049000 via Flipkart (i.e. Realme 8) Mobile Phone, I received it within 3-4 days, on arrival delivery boy opened the box in front of me I had a chance to look at the cosmetic condition and packing of the device which seems alright to me, therefore, I have accepted the package. Then after returning to my home, I turned it on, initially, there was supposed to be setup screen when we first boot the device but in my case, i directly redirected to the home screen which is quite surprising for me, it could be possible that it is a used device repacked, I ignored this fact too and start using the device within 1-2 days I started facing continuous lags, call drops, network issue and battery drain, I am not even able to perform the basic function of calling and messaging on this device, so it is of no use to me. I have purchased it with my hard-earned money, I have raised refund request 3 times but every time they send some technician guy and he told me that he can only forward the return request only when the device is in completely inoperable condition, I mean what kind of policy is this?? Moreover every day I got 7-10 calls from Flipkart executives (each time different person) I convey my whole issue to them and they hung up the call in between without giving me a proper answer or resolution, then afterward each time I got a text from Flipkart that you will receive a call from our executive on so & so day at so & so time, I mean what is this? I have my job and other tasks to do as well to earn my living how can someone be available all the time? I feel very dishearted and cheated, I want to take some strict action against Flipkart.
