myself praveen i have ordered MSI laptop on 22nd sep 2022 delivered on 27th sep 2022 for my cousin. Order ID: OD126069407835521000 WORTH Rs.37490/-, physically product and package was ok, but when i try to switch ON there was a bluscreen error and bootloop has occured. so i tried to return the product on Oct 03rd but there was error while placing return request(return was valid till 4Th Oct) so called flipkart customer service they told there is problem with there software they told manual request they will rise to resolve the issue they told within 48 hour they resolve the issue but they ask all details again they tell within 48 hours your issue will be resolved …..same thing repeated for 10 days till my issue not resolved ……and today in their flipkart app it has shown as issue resolved … today when i called flipkart customer service and asked to talk with senior excutive they are disconnecting my calls… i tried to call them nearly 10 times, they are disconnecting my calls when i ask them to connect it to the senior excutive..
