Image Uploaded by Dhaval:Unfortunately, I have ordered the Dell Vostro Laptop on 22nd Sept from Flipkart (Huh)..And when was tracking thr product, it shown me that the product is courier complany which was not far away from mine home. In evening, when again checked the status, it was mentioned they could not locate the address (sigh). Am Anticipating any ecommerce company keeping in customer in mind should be instructing courier to contact customer in such scenario. But not with the case of Flipkart holing up the reputation of being worse..
When I contacted customer executive (after multiple tries), the nightmare started.
First of all these guys atr hopeless who are there to increase the prob of customer rather than solving. If you wish to talk to their senior, they will keep on hold for long (literally I mean it, around like 15-20 mins, without caring to refresh the customer) and if the call gets connected then the calls get disconnected (Seriously !)This is how this company is working around..So on the next day, again mine product was out for delivery and same story been repeated , the address not being located. Same worst nightmare. Calling uo the customer, wait for them..and if you are lucky you cab talk to theri escalation person, who are more hopeless than these guys.. They are just making fool out of You and nothing else.
So finally mine promised date passed and am still without the product..(Phew as expected!)
This time was lucky enf to connect with their “Manager”(I dont feel so and after 15 calls and Yes, 15 calls !!..Such the kind f people arnd there, whi are nt ready to pick up the call, since they are busy and U are not )..Mr Manoj Kumar , who even cant promise me to get the product delivered at mine mentioned timeline, even after all the delay/ problem caused by these foolish people. He too didnt responded properly..On much urging he provided me 1000rs voucher as token of delay, Great ! With 1000rs he want to make me happy for thr harassment which I faced from these nuts.
And Moreover Gift cash, wherein I need to shop again with Flipkart within a year (Shameless creatures) and I categorically I told him, I dont want to deal with Flipkart anymore. Still the fellow puts me in a bad situation.
Raising the complaint for some action on this and making sure, and I need some good amout of money for the worst service/ experience these guys has caused for me.
